📋 Description

• In our central e‑commerce team we manage several brands — our largest is Wolfsblut, and this will be your main focus. • We grow through true direct‑response marketing — VSLs and long‑form funnels on Meta. • We write what converts. • Every creative you write goes straight into real budget — no pitch decks gathering dust in a drawer. • Your hooks determine whether we scale or not. • You are the creative lead behind our ads — from the initial briefing to performance analysis. • VSL concepts and scripts — you write them yourself for Meta and YouTube. • The creative pipeline — from the hook through the briefing to test‑and‑learn. • Briefings that editors and UGC creators can execute independently — briefings that work without you in the room. • The testing process — you plan creative rotations and build a structured testing system. • The performance loop — you read Ads Manager, derive hypotheses, and brief the next iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–4 years in performance creative / direct‑response copywriting — ideally in DTC e‑commerce • Proven results with Meta video ads (VSLs, UGC‑style, hook‑testing) — you’ve built converting ads, not just sketched concepts • You write copy with voice — like a letter to a good friend, not like a package insert • Understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling structures (PAS, DIC, Before/After, etc.) • Very good German • Drive. You don’t wait for approvals. You don’t need someone to tell you what to do next.
