📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical support as a second line of defense • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in SaaS and private cloud environments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer & Product Support, Product and Engineering • Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating support documentation and tutorials • Advocate for customers by representing their voices in internal discussions • Continuously build product knowledge and stay updated on new features

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in technical support, IT operations, or a related field • Strong communicator able to distill complex technical concepts • Proactive and customer-first mindset • Adaptable and eager to learn • Experience with CLI tools (e.g., kubectl, awscli) • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar • Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, and MCP troubleshooting • Understanding of LLMs, alerting/logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
