📋 Description

• Design screens and flows for applications, including onboarding, user journeys, and product screens, based on defined problems and objectives • Refine solutions in Figma through to developer handoff, including components, states, scenarios, and specifications • Maintain and evolve the Design System, including variables and modes for each application and brand, taking the B2B and white-label environment into account • Adapt the Design System and screens for each new co-branded client, considering visual identity, specific needs, and any necessary flow adjustments • Produce short videos for in-app experiences, from AI generation through editing and finalization • Create layouts for in-app communications supporting different user journeys • Design website pages and landing pages • Create occasional marketing materials and assets for app stores

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with digital product design (app/mobile), from problem definition through developer handoff • Strong command of Figma, including work with Design Systems (components, variables, and modes) • Demonstrated generalist profile: comfortable moving between product UI, web design, and visual assets • Fluent use of AI in the design workflow, including image generation, ideation, and video production support • Autonomy to solve problems based on a defined brief, without requiring step-by-step direction • Strong communication and self-management skills for working in a 100% remote team • Online portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your skills
