📋 Description

• Collaborate with PMs on product discovery, bringing research evidence and solution hypotheses • Conduct user research and use AI to accelerate the synthesis and organization of findings • Prototype directly in the design codebase with the support of AI, producing navigable, functional prototypes • Evolve and maintain the design system as code, including components, tokens, and UI patterns • Conduct usability testing on coded prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly • Use usage metrics to prioritize improvements • Define and guide the design strategy, aligned with business objectives and the team’s AI-enabled workflows • Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and reduce rework • Produce and maintain living documentation in the codebase, including guidelines, specifications, interaction patterns, prompts, and context • Structure content and functionality with efficient navigation flows and clear information architecture • Keep up with design trends, AI tools applied to product development, and industry best practices

• Effective communication • Stakeholder management • Time management • Teamwork • Adaptability to new tools and ways of working • Critical judgment of AI tool output • Resilience • Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and prototypes • Willingness to transition prototyping to code with the support of AI • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and usage data analysis • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, and similar platforms • Strong knowledge of typography, color, iconography, and layout • Knowledge of personas, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing • Understanding of tokens and reusable components in design systems • Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and practical application • Experience prototyping interfaces directly in code using tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms • Front-end fundamentals: ability to read and modify HTML, CSS, and React components or equivalent • Experience using Git, including branches, commits, and pull requests • Experience structuring prompts, AI-oriented documentation, and skills • Portfolio featuring functional coded prototypes • Background in software development, front-end development, or digital marketing
