📋 Description

• Shape product experiences with team members and determine what should be built • Conduct user research, market research, and validation activities when needed • Translate product requirements and user stories into practical design flows and experiences • Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems • Balance usability, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines • Participate in product and design discussions with international clients and multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to discovery, product strategy, and UX decision-making on applicable projects • Work across execution-focused and mixed discovery/design engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing digital products across web and mobile environments • Experience navigating UX and UI challenges, from discovery and flows to polished interfaces and interactions • Collaborative work alongside engineers, product managers, and stakeholders • Comfort navigating ambiguity, evolving requirements, and fast-changing product contexts • Care for usability, design quality, consistency, and pragmatic product decisions • English proficiency at least at an advanced level for calls, discussions, and async communication with international clients and teams • Current use of AI in day-to-day workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, content support, or workflow acceleration • Experience with modern design systems, mobile design guidelines, or tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe products, or similar platforms is a strong plus • Valid business registration in the candidate's country (CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent) • Bank account eligible to receive USD payments • Ability to issue invoices accordingly
