📋 Description

• Work closely with team members to shape product experiences • Conduct user research, market research, and validation activities • Break down product requirements and user stories into practical design flows • Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems • Balance usability, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines • Participate in product and design discussions with international clients and multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Designer with strong product thinking and visual design skills • Experience designing digital products across web and mobile environments • Comfortable navigating both UX and UI challenges • Must be able to conduct user research and validation activities • Experience with modern design systems and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe products • Excellent English communication skills and comfort working with international clients • Must have a valid business registration (CNPJ, VAT, EIN or equivalent) • Must have a bank account to receive USD payments and be able to issue invoices
