📋 Description

• Design app screens and flows, including onboarding, user journeys, and product screens, based on defined problems and objectives. • Refine solutions in Figma through handoff to development, covering components, states, scenarios and specifications. • Maintain and evolve the Design System, including variables and modes per app and brand, considering the B2B and white-label environment. • Adapt the Design System and screens for each new co-branded client, taking into account visual identity, specific needs and any required flow adjustments. • Produce short videos for in-app experiences, from AI generation through editing and finalization. • Create layouts for in-app communications that accompany different user journeys. • Design website pages and landing pages. • Create ad hoc marketing pieces and assets for app stores.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital product design (app/mobile), from problem definition to handoff. • Proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems (components, variables, modes). • Proven generalist profile: comfortable moving between product UI, web and visual assets. • Fluent use of AI in the design workflow (image generation, variations, support for video production). • Autonomy to solve from a defined problem without step-by-step direction. • Good communication and self-management to work in a 100% remote team. • Online portfolio with projects that demonstrate your skills.
