📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered features in the app and the C6 Assistant • Collaborate daily with engineering, product managers, data scientists, and internal C6 teams • Design intelligent assistants, contextual nudges, smart search, generative content surfaces, and personalized financial guidance • Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational UIs (text, voice, and hybrid) within the Diamond Design System • Run concept sprints and high-fidelity prototypes to align stakeholders and validate ideas before development • Work with researchers to plan and interpret qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability tests, A/B tests, and diary studies • Co-author design specifications and acceptance criteria with engineering, including AI guidelines on latency, fallback states, and data refresh • Contribute to the AI experiences chapter of the Diamond Design System, including tokens, components, and documentation • Communicate design rationale in English during cross-functional reviews, global design critiques, and meetings with international partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or conversational products • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of delivered AI features • Fluent English, written and spoken • Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and design tokens • Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and recommendation systems • Experience with large-scale consumer apps, mobile-first focus • Strong communication and storytelling skills to make complex decisions legible for non-designers • Plus: experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries • Plus: familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design for AI outputs • Plus: exposure to prompt engineering, AI red-teaming, or responsible AI frameworks • Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable but not required for international candidates • Background in service design or systems thinking applied to AI products
