📋 Description
• Create intuitive, user-centered experiences for a regulatory platform developed on ServiceNow • Design user journeys for portals, internal workspaces, and mobile applications • Translate business requirements into clear, accessible, and efficient flows • Develop interfaces that promote usability, productivity, and an excellent user experience • Collaborate with Business Process Consultants (BPCs), solution architects, and developers • Participate in all phases of design and the evolution of digital products
🎯 Requirements
• Experience conducting user research • Experience in information architecture • Experience in prototyping • Experience designing enterprise interfaces • Experience building user experience–driven solutions • Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Process Consultants (BPCs), solution architects, and developers • Experience with the ServiceNow platform is a plus
