📋 Description

• Develop, run, and optimize autonomous AI agents to support all stages of the testing and QA lifecycle • Create and maintain automated tests for current and upcoming features, leveraging AI for self-healing and scenario generation • Perform strategic manual testing on new features when necessary, ensuring the best end-user experience • Propose continuous improvements to development practices, QA workflows, and the release pipeline • Keep QA process documentation clear, concise, and up to date • Work closely with the Engineering team and other areas, participating in meetings and development rituals

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields • AI-native mindset and a passion for solving problems with Artificial Intelligence • Familiarity with IDEs, Postman, and programming concepts • Basic knowledge of databases and test automation frameworks/tools • Basic English proficiency, with a desire to improve • Proactivity, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work dynamically within agile deadlines and deliveries • Plus: prior experience in Software Development or as a QA Analyst • Plus: knowledge of Claude Code, Codex/Cursor, or other agent-based development tools • Plus: knowledge of object-oriented languages, design patterns, and MCPs • Plus: strong experience with test automation frameworks and processes
