📋 Description

• Manage treasury operations, including daily cash monitoring, cash flow projections, liquidity management, and banking transactions • Oversee the entire Accounts Payable process, from document verification through the tracking of domestic and international payments • Perform bank and financial reconciliations • Lead the monthly financial close, including analyses, balance validations, and support for Controllership • Work with external Accounting providers to ensure accurate recording of transactions and the quality of financial statements • Prepare management reports on cash flow, financial position, and key performance indicators • Support external audits by preparing documentation, evidence, and technical clarifications • Lead financial process automation and standardization initiatives by identifying gaps and strengthening internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Solid experience in Treasury and Controllership • Experience with cash flow, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, financial close, and financial statements • English proficiency • Advanced Excel skills • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities • Preferred: experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or technology companies • Preferred: knowledge of financial ERPs and automation tools
