• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, technical, scientific, high-volume, and professional roles. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. • Assess candidates and support timely hiring decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience. • Contribute to employer branding, recruitment process improvements, and talent pipeline development. • Develop and execute targeted talent attraction strategies for assigned requisitions. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles. • Achieve hiring manager service expectations through timely communication and recruitment execution. • Use sourcing tools, talent mapping, networking, and market research to identify candidates. • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS. • Ensure compliance with recruitment activities and track recruiting metrics for insights.
• Bachelors' degree in human resources management (or related field) preferred. • 4-6+ years of related experience • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite • Workday knowledge a definite asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, ATS platforms, and recruitment databases. • Experience conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews. • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and recruitment compliance requirements. • Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers. • Experience developing sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and networking approaches. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and recommendation skills. • Strong organizational, project management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills. • High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and judgment. • Self-directed, motivated, and proactive in anticipating client needs and recommending solutions. • Ability to build trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results. • Experience recruiting across Canada and the United States, working in a matrixed or global organization, or within a relevant industry is an asset.
