📋 Description

• Ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives • Act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams • Review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables • Drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives • Support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects • Provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards • Contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities • Promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements • Experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills • Solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry • Fluent in English • Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments
