📋 Description

• Build up the retail structure in the Bremen region • Manage the stores based on KPIs • Share responsibility for growth and sales together with the Store Managers • Provide coaching and structure for Shop Managers • Implement innovative sales strategies • Ensure excellent service and customer loyalty

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional management • Motivating leadership skills • Goal-oriented and persuasive, driven by results • Strong numerical understanding and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to react quickly to changes in the environment • Fluent communication in German and English
