📋 Description

• You are familiar with business metrics and enjoy professional textile/apparel merchandising • You coordinate day-to-day business operations • Development and ongoing training of your team through coaching and guidance • Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Financial/business analysis of the store • Active selling and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail and, ideally, in managing a store • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Passion for fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
