📋 Description

• You coordinate day-to-day store operations • (Further) develop your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Ensure efficient and effective staff scheduling • Perform economic/shop performance analysis • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally prior store leadership experience • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high social competence • Genuine interest in fashion and trends • Team player with strong communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
