📋 Description

• Coordinate daily business operations • Drive the ongoing development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Conduct economic/store performance analyses • Active sales and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail • Strong numerical skills and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Keen interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
