📋 Description

• Responsible for overall store management • Develop and coach the team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Manage store performance analysis and financials • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training • Proven experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally experience managing a store • Strong numerical affinity and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal abilities • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office
