📋 Description

• Take overall technical and commercial responsibility for complex mechanical engineering development projects • Plan, coordinate and control projects with regard to schedule, budget and quality • Identify, assess and manage project risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures • Monitor project progress, track internal work packages and manage external suppliers • Define the technical approach together with development teams • Form and lead interdisciplinary project teams • Create and maintain project documentation and provide regular reports

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable) • Solid professional experience managing development projects in plant and mechanical engineering • Deep understanding of processes in mechanical and electrical design as well as in software development, assembly and commissioning • Familiarity with common project management methods and sound knowledge in risk and requirements management • Ability to analyze and evaluate technical challenges and to assess technical architectures • Independent, structured and methodical working style • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • German language skills at a minimum of C1 level, usable in both technical and business contexts • Willingness to travel occasionally
