📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end India payroll • Handle India payroll statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, and LWF • File statutory monthly and annual returns • Handle online PF transfer and withdrawal requests • Resolve employee payroll queries • Visit government departments to resolve employee PF request issues • Prepare monthly and annual balance-sheet schedules • Manage internal, external, and SOX audits

🎯 Requirements

• B. Com, MBA- Finance, or CA Inter • 2 years of experience in Payroll • Understanding of India Payroll statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, and LWF • Experience filing statutory monthly/annual returns, including PTax, E-TDS, and Form 16 • Experience handling online PF transfer/withdrawal requests • Ability to solve employee payroll queries • Experience visiting government departments to handle employee PF request queries • Experience preparing monthly/annual schedules to the balance sheet • Ability to manage internal, external, and SOX audits
