📋 Description

• Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes • Validate timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy • Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries • Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments • Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues • Provide guidance on pay statements and banking information setup • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for complex pay groups • Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in complicated jurisdictions • Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts • Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates • Report to the Payroll Manager within the Corporate organization

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of related payroll experience • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country • Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements • Good level of written and spoken English • Proven experience processing high volume transactions while maintaining quality and accuracy • Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar (plus) • Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping (plus) • Clear and professional communication with employees and team members (plus) • Willingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment (plus)
