🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Analytics, or related field OR bachelor's degree with five years of experience in Data analytics • 2 years of experience in Statistical analysis • 2 years in Data mining • 2 years in Predictive modeling and data visualization tools (RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI) • 2 years in Big Data Analytics • 2 years in General Management • 2 years in Database Systems & Languages (Oracle HCM, SQL Server, MySQL) • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Confluence)
