• Proven success in equipment finance sales • Established book of business with strong relationships among end users • Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment • Experience structuring equipment finance transactions in the $200K to $5MM range • Driven to meet and exceed production goals • Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business • Comfortable with both written and verbal communication • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams • Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional integrity
