📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, compensation reviews, contract management, benefits administration, and leave coordination • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in Humaans HRIS • Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and maintain internal documentation • Manage business travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes • Support engagement surveys, performance management cycles, and learning and development initiatives • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives • Plan and execute virtual and in-person team events, including the annual Workation • Identify inefficiencies and improve People Operations workflows • Reduce manual work through AI tools and process automation • Leverage HR metrics for data-informed decisions • Enhance employee experience, build authentic connections, foster company culture, and ensure employees feel supported

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People/HR roles in Portugal or Portugal-based companies • Degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or similar • Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law • Comfortable using AI daily, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar, to automate HR tasks • Recruitment and sourcing experience for niche, hard-to-find profiles • Experience working in startups or scale-ups is a plus • Comfort with HRIS platforms; the company uses Humaans • Fluency in English and Portuguese • Resourceful and proactive approach • Ability to communicate clearly and kindly across cultures and time zones • Fast learner who takes ownership of mistakes and improves • Comfortable with a mix of structure and flexibility
