📋 Description

• Build and evolve the core architecture of the AI agent platform, ensuring standardization, governance, and high reusability • Build and integrate robust tracking, metrics, evaluation, logging, observability, and auditing mechanisms for the agents' lifecycle • Assess AI agent initiatives by understanding needs, behavior patterns, interactions, and orchestration requirements • Contribute to the internalization of critical components, ensuring control, security, and consistency across the ecosystem • Connect with other AI initiatives to ensure technical alignment and share learnings • Develop foundational MVPs such as standardized documentation, agent templates, monitoring tools, and observability protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, self-ask, chain-of-thought, tree of thoughts) • Experience with A/B testing of prompts and evaluation of model responses • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable, highly available solutions • Experience with app or machine learning platforms and pipelines • Hands-on experience with AI agents, orchestrators, or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, SpringAI, or equivalents • Proven software development experience in high-complexity environments • Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, OCI) • Knowledge of embedding, vectorization, and RAG techniques • Understanding of prompt security and prompt injection mitigation
