📋 Description

• Join a results- and innovation-oriented development team • Contribute to the development of the new platform for one of our major clients • Apply software development best practices in a dynamic environment, with autonomy and continuous learning • Use Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI tools for analysis, code development, incident investigation, documentation and accelerating deliveries • Technically validate AI-generated content in code, databases and logs • Apply fixes after testing in a staging (UAT) environment, ensuring business flows are not affected • Develop, maintain and provide support for APIs, services, legacy systems, scripts, ETL, automations and jobs • Work with Java, Python, AWS, Git and Grafana • Support the technological transformation of the insurance sector in Brazil

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced and constant use of Cursor (Agents, rules, repository context, diff review) • Advanced use of ChatGPT and equivalents to decompose problems, generate hypotheses and validate solutions • Ability to check code, database and logs before closing issues • Clear communication about AI suggestions that are accepted and discarded • Apply fixes in production after testing in staging/UAT without impacting business flow • Experience creating AI playbooks for squads (strong plus) • Knowledge of MCP, skills, automations and integrating AI into workflows (strong plus) • Experience using AI in real systems, including legacy systems, SQL Server, AWS and batch jobs (strong plus) • Java with Spring • Python • AWS: S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch; Step Functions/EMR desirable • Git: branches, pull requests and conflict resolution • Grafana: metrics, logs and dashboards • Autonomy to investigate end-to-end (code, data and observability) • Organized to document reasoning • Data ethics: do not insert passwords/PII into AI tools without company approval
