📋 Description

• Provide support to end users • Resolve incidents • Configure workflows • Gather and analyze requirements • Develop, execute, and validate tests • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Administer and configure the ETQ Reliance platform • Ensure the application meets business needs and remains stable • Support continuous improvement initiatives for the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with the ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS) • Experience providing functional and/or enterprise application support • Knowledge of workflow configuration and ETQ Reliance platform administration • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements • Experience designing, executing, and validating tests • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global teams • Experience with automated and regression testing (Preferred) • Knowledge of job monitoring in Jenkins (Preferred) • Experience in regulated environments and quality management systems (Preferred) • Knowledge of Quality Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Compliance processes (Preferred) • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills (Preferred)
