📋 Description

• Assume ownership of critical problems and work autonomously • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote administration environments • Perform server hardening, security scripting, and advanced troubleshooting • Administer and troubleshoot VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Azure IaaS, and vCloud environments • Remediate vulnerabilities and align environments with corporate standards and compliance requirements • Manage infrastructure risk • Operate physical servers, storage, corporate networks, data centers, and hybrid environments • Administer Citrix, Microsoft RDS, Windows Cloud PC, and VMware Horizon environments • Manage corporate backup, cloud replication, disaster recovery, and recovery operations • Develop operational automation scripts and automate recurring tasks • Standardize operational processes • Administer Linux servers in corporate environments • Produce technical documentation • Participate in infrastructure migration, consolidation, and transformation projects • Support system migrations, mergers and acquisitions environments, and legacy ERP archiving

🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in Systems Administration • Experience in medium and large enterprise environments • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of critical issues • Good English communication skills • Analytical profile for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Experience with technical documentation • Experience in infrastructure migration, consolidation, or transformation projects • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), remote administration, server hardening, security scripting, and advanced troubleshooting • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Azure IaaS, and vCloud • Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, corporate standards, hardening, compliance, and infrastructure risk management • Experience with physical servers, storage, corporate networks, data centers, and hybrid environments • Experience with Citrix, Microsoft RDS, Windows Cloud PC, and VMware Horizon • Experience with Veeam, Wasabi, cloud replication, disaster recovery, and corporate backup; Veeam strongly preferred • Advanced PowerShell and operational automation scripting • Linux administration and basic/intermediate troubleshooting • Nice-to-haves: IT Security, Windows Active Directory, virtualization, corporate infrastructure, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) environments, system migrations, and legacy ERP archiving
