📋 Description
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks from scratch • Define automation architecture and standards for backend applications • Design and execute automated tests for APIs, services, and microservices • Validate integrations between systems and distributed components • Develop testing solutions for cloud environments and distributed architectures • Integrate automation pipelines into CI/CD processes • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure quality from early development stages • Create automated testing strategies for high-scale, high-availability applications • Support continuous improvement of test quality, coverage, and reliability
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in REST API Testing, Backend Testing, Microservices Testing, Integration Testing, and Service Validation • Experience with automated testing in distributed architectures • Knowledge of contract validation and service integration • Experience with REST Assured, Postman, GraphQL, and API/service automation tools • Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch • Experience defining automation architecture and developing reusable components • Experience evolving and maintaining enterprise frameworks • Experience integrating frameworks with CI/CD pipelines • Advanced experience in at least one language: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go • Strong software development skills and application of engineering best practices in automation • Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS • Mandatory experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD • Code versioning using Git • Experience as an SDET in large organizations, knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems and cloud-native environments, high-scale and high-availability systems, observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and messaging are differentiators
