• Ensure consistent delivery of Amae’s care model across therapy and integrated care teams • Translate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) into structured, repeatable workflows • Identify gaps between design and real-world execution — and close them • Implement systems for supervision, case review, and quality monitoring • Establish feedback loops to detect and correct clinical drift early • Embed measurement-based care into daily clinical workflows
• Licensed therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent strongly preferred) • 10–15+ years in behavioral health, including serious mental illness • 5+ years in clinical leadership roles • Experience scaling clinical programs across multiple sites or programs
