📋 Description

• Monitor policies related to sustainability, energy, and the climate agenda in Brazil; • Support the preparation of position papers, studies, and institutional materials; • Assist in coordinating Amcham’s environmental policy working group; • Monitor bills in the National Congress and prepare alerts for members; • Support relationship-building and implementation of engagement strategies with private-sector and government stakeholders; • Support the design and execution of Amcham’s strategy for participation in COPs; • Collaborate with other areas of Amcham Brazil to organize events, meetings, and joint projects; • Organize meetings, events, and institutional schedules; • Carry out operational processes required for the area’s activities, such as sending invitations, updating mailings, scheduling, protocol duties, and handling administrative requests; • Assist in member management and relationship activities.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree completed or in progress in International Relations, Public Policy, or Business Administration; • Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity; • Advanced English; • Intermediate to advanced Excel; • Availability to work in a hybrid model — 3 days per week on-site and 2 days remote; • Experience with public policy in the sustainability area.
