📋 Description

• Oversees cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major and strategic proposals • Ensures compliance with the estimating system manual as well as other policies and procedures • Manages and integrates daily work assignments, develops project schedules, budgets, and plans, and manages personnel, finances, and facilities to achieve proposal objectives • Develops and implements new business capture/proposal strategies for achieving company new business objectives • Develops and executes business and proposal development objectives within established budgets to reach determined goals • Directs and manages people and financial resources to achieve company strategic and tactical new business objectives • Maintains a good working relationship with all Program/Project Managers and upper management to attain success objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; two (2) years’ experience in contracts or pricing may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college • Twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; relevant finance experience may be considered for some years in lieu of cost proposal preparation and development; 8 years’ experience with a Master’s degree. • Five (5) years in a management position preferred • Experience in base operations support, range operations, Space Force, NASA contracts
