📋 Description

• Support all operational aspects of bank partners and ensure operational, capability, and technical network requirements are satisfied • Resolve internal or partner-reported operational issues with bank partners and appropriate internal teams • Collaborate with GNP Business Development, GNS Technology, and GNO Network teams to address issues • Ensure partners adhere to and comply with AEGN operational policy • Identify root causes, drive resolution, and develop proactive measures to prevent recurrence • Work directly with GNS network partners and internal teams across workstreams to meet deadlines • Administer global network initiatives and programs, maintaining records and tracking progress • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and support Project Managers on GNS partner projects • Build and leverage relationships with internal and external partners across organizational levels • Develop working relationships across Business Development, Technologies, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and the General Counsel’s Office • Challenge existing processes to increase self-service for small and medium-sized banks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required • Spanish is a plus • Experience in payment methods in the Brazil market and other regions is desirable • Excellent knowledge of the Amex Network technical and operational environment • Customer service experience and ability to resolve day-to-day operational issues calmly and efficiently • Relationship management experience with the ability to influence internally and externally without authority • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to tailor a professional communication style for individuals at all organizational levels • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, able to work without supervision in a matrix management organization • Ability to demonstrate teamwork • Ability to work flexibly and adapt in an ever-changing environment • Project management experience is preferred
