📋 Description

• Communication and Negotiation: Communicate with clients, handle complex inquiries, and directly negotiate engagement terms. • Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform decision-making, and provide specialized legal advice through well-founded legal opinions. • Representation and Advocacy: Act as the firm's representative in highly complex legal proceedings and protect its interests. • Innovation and Leadership: Develop innovative, practical solutions to meet diverse legal needs, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role within the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Customs Law demonstrated through legal practice, scholarly research, publications, or academic experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese. • Strong interest in addressing complex legal issues related to customs duties. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead complex legal projects effectively. • Innovative and adaptable approach to resolving diverse legal challenges.
