📋 Description

• Conduct interviews to map records of processing activities (ROPA) • Prepare Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and legitimate interest balancing tests • Review projects involving personal data processing as part of Privacy by Design processes • Support the implementation of privacy governance programs, including drafting policies, managing controls and delivering trainings • Participate in LGPD compliance projects for organizations of various sectors and sizes • Support configuration and management of activities through privacy program management tools (e.g., OneTrust, Privally, Securiti.ai) • Prepare risk analyses and recommend technical and organizational measures for data protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) • Experience in Data Protection or as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) • Experience with privacy program management tools (e.g., OneTrust, Privally, Securiti.ai) • Knowledge of other data protection laws (especially the GDPR) and of frameworks such as ISO 27701, the NIST Privacy Framework and ISO 27001/27002 standards • Prior experience in data protection compliance or audit projects • Certifications (e.g., CIPM, CDPO, CIPPE, EXIN Privacy & Data Protection) • Intermediate and/or advanced English.
