📋 Description

• Communication and Negotiation: Engage with clients, handle complex inquiries, and negotiate service agreements directly. • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform decision-making and provide specialized legal advice through well-founded opinions. • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the firm in highly complex legal proceedings and protect its interests. • Innovation and Leadership: Develop innovative, pragmatic solutions to meet diverse legal needs, with opportunities to assume leadership roles within the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Immigration Law • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese • A strong interest in handling complex immigration legal matters • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead complex legal projects • Innovative mindset and adaptability to address diverse legal challenges • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) • Postgraduate degree in International Law (LL.M. or equivalent) • In-depth knowledge of Immigration Law
