📋 Description

• Advise clients on complex matters related to labour immigration law, including visa processes, work permits, expatriate regulations, and compliance with national and international legal frameworks. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, and legal opinions related to employment-based immigration, global mobility programs, and corporate immigration strategies. • Conduct legal research on evolving immigration policies, labour laws, and international mobility trends, producing memoranda, briefs, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders. • Develop thought leadership content, such as articles, white papers, and presentations, contributing to the firm's visibility and authority in labour immigration law. • Monitor and analyze legal developments impacting labour immigration in Brazil and globally, proactively advising clients on potential implications and strategic responses. • Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management and participation in industry events or legal panels.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in labour immigration law, evidenced by legal practice, scholarly research, publications, or an academic career. • Deep understanding of global mobility. • Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Portuguese. • A genuine passion for tackling complex legal matters within the field of immigration. • A collaborative disposition and proven capability to lead complex legal projects effectively. • An innovative mindset and adaptability to address a range of legal challenges.
