📋 Description

• Performs all duties in a safe and effective manner according to the company’s policies and procedures. • Safely operate ANA service vehicles. • Performs installation and training services for our core customer base. • Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner. • Communicates information and documents with work computer and phone. • Provides superior customer service. • Maintains professional personal appearance. • Updates professional knowledge through constant study of ANA products. • Helps provide a positive team spirit daily. • Travel up to 80% throughout North America.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role. • Trade school certification or technical training with a focus on engines, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment, or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, preferred • Working knowledge of mechanical + basic electrical systems, including basic troubleshooting and diagnostics. • Comfortable interacting with customers and providing training • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform equipment diagnostics and repairs in the field.
