• Research leads and engage prospects for all business lines to drive revenue growth. • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and qualify leads through discovery conversations. • Build relationships and communicate Anchorage Digital’s value propositions to prospects. • Lead efforts for pipeline growth and top-of-funnel expansion in partnership with sales reps and marketing. • Manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce, ensure data accuracy, and report on progress. • Share client and discovery call feedback with product, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize offerings and demand generation. • Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes and deliver timely reporting. • Contribute to team activities and serve as a team player to help originate new prospects and elevate Anchorage Digital’s reputation.
• 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience within digital assets. • Experience in a prior BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company. • Basic technical knowledge of digital assets and the industry, and the ability to articulate core offerings to prospects. • Experience managing a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce. • Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects and build relationships. • Self-starter with strong drive to grow business within a market-leading company. • Quick learner and ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way. • Ability to collaborate closely across departments and share discovery feedback with marketing, product, and engineering.
