📋 Description
• Responsible for building and managing a global team of trading operations professionals • Ensure timely settlements, reconciliation and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies • Support client interactions across multiple teams • Work closely with trading and other areas of client operations to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience supporting post trade activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility • Have led the creation of end-to-end trade operations processes • A track record of assembling and leading teams that are both efficient and adaptable in the face of evolving business needs
