• Experiência real estruturando RH do zero ou liderando reestruturações. • Inglês Intermediário a Avançado: Comunicação em um ambiente internacional. • Alta disponibilidade (ritmo de startup/60h+), resiliência e foco total em resultados. • 6+ anos em RH, sendo 3 anos em posição de liderança. • Graduação completa em Administração de Empresas, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou afins. • Obsessão por A-players e cultura de alta performance.
