📋 Description
• Monitor deliveries between Development, UI/UX, CRM and Operations teams • Create, organize and track technical tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment across departments • Manage relationships with payment providers, platforms, integrations and other strategic partners • Oversee integration, homologation (UAT/acceptance), testing and deployments of new features • Prepare operational documentation, functional specifications and internal procedures (SOPs) • Conduct meetings in English with international teams and partners • Support company operations by tracking requests and projects across different teams • Act as the right hand to the CEO/founder
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English (spoken and written) • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks • Effective communication between technical and business stakeholders • Analytical and proactive mindset • Experience in project or operations management • Ability to follow projects from planning through delivery • Availability to operate in Dubai, Australia and New Zealand time zones • Must be Brazilian
