📋 Description

• Receive, verify and record invoices, boletos (payment slips) and other fiscal and financial documents • Schedule and process payments to suppliers, service providers, taxes and general expenses • Monitor due dates and ensure payments are made on time • Perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations • Verify documents for fiscal, accounting and financial compliance • Assist suppliers with payment-related inquiries • Support financial and accounting month-end close by providing information and reports • Update supplier records and bank details • Organize and file physical and electronic departmental documents • Assist in preparing financial reports and key performance indicators • Comply with internal policies, procedures and financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields • Previous experience in accounts payable or financial operations • Knowledge of invoice posting and verification • Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment control • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Protheus, TOTVS, RM, etc.) • Basic knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation applicable to accounts payable routines
