📋 Description

• Manage and oversee strategic projects. • Develop and update corporate governance policies, standards, and manuals. • Support the operation of the Board of Directors, committees, and executive management. • Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for governance meetings. • Monitor compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices. • Support the corporate governance calendar. • Ensure the quality of information provided to senior management. • Conduct benchmarking and propose improvements to governance processes. • Support projects related to ESG, succession planning, transparency, and sustainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience in corporate governance. • Experience drafting policies, minutes, and formal documents. • Strong knowledge of corporate governance. • Institutional document writing skills. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Experience with governance management tools (desirable).
