📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of the Directorate's contracts, from onboarding to renewals and terminations; • Oversee supplier governance and support strategic management of the contract portfolio; • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, tool rationalization and cost optimization; • Conduct contract analyses, assess risks, terms and opportunities for continuous improvement; • Monitor purchasing and payment processes in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal and S2P teams; • Ensure the contractual databases and area KPIs are up to date and reliable; • Support integration processes following acquisitions, incorporating new contracts and suppliers into governance models; • Administer governance of corporate cards used to procure tools and services; • Serve as a focal point for technical leadership, supporting decisions related to the supplier and contract portfolio; • Propose process improvements, automations and controls that increase the operational efficiency of the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in contract management, supplier management, procurement or governance; • Background in administrative and financial processes related to service contracting; • Experience with controls, KPIs and data management; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; • Experience with ERPs, procurement systems or contract management platforms is desirable; • Experience working in technology companies or high-growth environments is a plus; • Experience in post-acquisition (M&A) integration projects; • Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing or Vendor Management; • Experience managing software licensing (SaaS); • Background in IT Governance, FinOps or Technology Procurement; • Experience with Power BI, SQL or process automation tools.
