📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end communications workflow for the Directorate: receive requests through a single channel and standardized brief, classify, prioritize, produce, validate, distribute, and record communications • Create or collaborate on the creation of segmented and personalized communications at scale for the student base, primarily using the internal distribution platform • Produce different versions of each communication for specific internal and external audiences • Perform pre-send validation of critical communications • Curate communication channels, including notifications, email, push notifications, and WhatsApp • Maintain a forward-looking communications calendar, template library, and positive agenda • Prepare and consolidate requests for coordination with Corporate Communications • Ensure communication records and traceability, including version control • Support the measurement of communication journey results in collaboration with the team’s data analyst • Use generative AI and institutional templates to improve productivity, including creating and visually refining materials for internal distribution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field • Experience in relationship communications, CRM, or communications with large customer/user bases, including segmentation and personalization at scale • Excellent Portuguese writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and language for different audiences (students, operations, and management) • Ability to read and interpret data and metrics as input for communication decisions • Familiarity with communication distribution/automation platforms • Experience using generative AI and templates as productivity tools • Agile, corporate-minded profile with the autonomy to manage agendas involving multiple teams and organize competing demands
