📋 Description

• Work strategically and operationally with leadership and the team to align the internal structure and business processes with Unicred’s demands and strategic objectives. • Map the cooperatives’ business processes, identifying critical points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. • Support the preparation of a diagnosis reflecting the organization’s current situation, serving as a basis for the necessary transformations. • Jointly develop, with leadership and the team, a technical proposal for an organizational model aligned with business needs. • Support the proposal of adjustments to the organizational structure, communication flows, distribution of responsibilities, and integration between departments. • Plan action plans jointly with leadership and the cooperatives, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. • Plan and implement change management strategies jointly with leadership and the team, ensuring the effective adaptation of employees to organizational models, processes, and system technologies. • Drive communication, engagement, and stakeholder training to reduce resistance and strengthen the adoption of organizational changes. • Communicate the progress, challenges, and results of implemented initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a cooperative financial institution, working in a branch, operations, or business area. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. • Availability for frequent travel and flexible working hours. • Strong communication skills for executive presentations. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. • Knowledge of process and project methodologies (preferred). • CPA-20 certification or higher (preferred). • Knowledge of and experience implementing the Premium model in Unicred cooperatives (preferred).
