📋 Description

• Manage projects and initiative workstreams within the Fraud Prevention department • Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for new solutions and improvements • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors of fraud prevention platforms and applications • Lead the development and implementation of improvements in collaboration with other teams, such as Technology • Identify improvement opportunities through industry research and analysis • Lead discussions and alignment meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in fraud prevention • Knowledge of payment methods • Experience managing projects and initiatives • Experience conducting technical and financial feasibility analyses • Business case development • Technical knowledge of anti-fraud tools • Previous experience at companies in the benefits, payments, or fintech sectors (preferred) • Familiarity with Notion (preferred) • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude (preferred)
