📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure backend services and APIs • Define and evolve architecture across databases, microservices, and integrations • Own mission-critical projects end-to-end, from requirements through production and iteration • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and reliability challenges at scale • Collaborate with leadership to shape roadmap priorities and long-term technical vision • Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices • Represent the engineering team in technical and client-facing discussions • Align technical execution with company priorities and ensure infrastructure performs under real-world financial workloads

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience • Leadership experience in fintech or blockchain • Strong expertise in TypeScript • Proven track record building scalable APIs and developer tools • Deep experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and NoSQL databases • Strong knowledge of AWS/cloud infrastructure • Hands-on experience with microservices, CI/CD, observability, and SSDLC • Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and secure backend architectures • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to influence technical direction and make high-impact architectural decisions
