📋 Description
• Act as the central point of contact for member and customer enquiries across multiple golf clubs, by phone and email • Handle society, group, and event booking requests from first enquiry through to confirmation • Support new membership sign-ups, guiding customers through the process end to end • Respond to member questions, requests, and complaints promptly • Manage day-to-day correspondence, communication, and general admin for the group

• Strong written and verbal communication • A fast learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly and confidently • Friendly, patient, and helpful manner with customers who find technology difficult • Well organised with a good eye for detail • Reliable and self-motivated, comfortable working remotely
