• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership. • Manage calendars, meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up items. • Coordinate and maintain contracts, business records, and important documentation. • Develop and maintain organizational systems, filing structures, and administrative processes. • Assist with creating, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Maintain CRM data and support ongoing system organization and accuracy. • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to keep projects on track. • Support marketing and branding initiatives by coordinating with outside service providers. • Track deadlines, renewals, recurring priorities, and administrative action items.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and document-management tools. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement. • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders. • Preferred qualifications include experience supporting executives, founders, owners, or senior leadership teams, and a background in commercial real estate, hospitality, construction, professional services, or related environments.
