• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across multiple locations to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations • Maintain awareness of store floors, entry/exit points, and high-risk areas throughout each shift • Coordinate with store managers and leadership on security incidents in real time • Support incident investigations by reviewing and timestamping relevant footage • Flag unusual patterns or recurring issues and escalate appropriately • Prepare accurate, well-organized daily security reports documenting observations, incidents, and exceptions • Maintain logs of surveillance activity, access events, and shift summaries • Track and update security-related data using Excel spreadsheets • Assist with administrative tasks related to security operations and documentation • Communicate findings clearly via email or messaging platforms to relevant stakeholders
• Prior experience with CCTV systems and video surveillance platforms (required) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — comfortable building and maintaining spreadsheets independently • Strong written communication skills for professional daily reporting • High attention to detail with the ability to stay alert and focused during extended monitoring • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Trustworthy and discreet — this role involves access to sensitive footage and information • Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
